Russian President Vladimir Putin said that bilateral talks with his Ukrainian counterpart Petro Poroshenko were positive and fruitful. Putin noted that the sides agreed to intensify efforts of the Russia-Ukraine-EU working group to come up with proposals by September 12, RIA Novosti reports.
