Russian Minister for Education and Science Dmitry Livanov told Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev that Russian universities will have 4000 places for Ukrainian refugees, Gazeta.ru reports.
Speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko said in June that Ukrainian refugees will be given 1500 places for study.
