The ceremony of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has started. Heads of countries and governments, foreign ministers are attending the ceremony. Azerbaijan is represented by Prime Minister Artur Rasizadeh, News Azerbaijan.
Members of the Republican People's Party and the Nationalist Movement had left the hall before the process started.
Prime Minister Erdogan won the presidential polls of August 10 with 52% of votes.
