UN chief demands control over Russian-Ukrainian border

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon said in Baku that the situation on the border of Russia and Ukraine was still the main problem in de-escalation of the situation because heavy weapons continued moving from Russia to Ukraine, ITAR-TASS reports.

The UN head noted that the early parliamentary polls of October 26 should be organized all over Ukraine to give all people a feeling that their interests are represented in the parliament.
