Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has named Bulent Arinc, Yalcin Akdogan, Numan Kurtulmus and Ali Babacan as his deputies. Mevlut Davutoglu has become the foreign minister of Turkey, Volkan Bozkir the Minister for European Affairs.
The ministers for energy, the economy and finances - Taner Yildiz, Nihat Zeybekci and Mehmet Simsek - have not undergone a reshuffle. Nurettin Canikli has become the minister for trade, Aysegul Islam the minister for social policy.
