Armenian serviceman Akop Indzhigulyan, who had been detained in Azerbaijan, has recently been freed and handed over to some other country, the Azerbaijani branch of the International Red Cross Committee says in a statement.
The soldier was detained on August 7-8, 2013 in the vicinity of Agdam.
