New Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said at a meeting with Tatars in Finland in December 2012 when he was foreign minister that his grandmother was a Tatar herself, Islamskiy Portal reports.
Helsinki Imam Ramil Belyayev said that Davutoglu had not needed a translator to talk with Tatars.
