"Turkey and Russia will not be able to live without each other. During the last 10 years, these countries have developed an examplery cooperation in all areas," he said.The director of the Center for Strategic Studies Kafkassam (Ankara), Hasan Oktay said that relations between Turkey and Russia will require special attention of the new prime minister. "In light of the Ukrainian crisis, Turkey's position is very important.
