Ukrainian president Petr Poroshenko has stated that tomorrow a bilateral ceasefire agreement may be signed as a result of the meeting of the Minsk contact group. The agreement is intended to introduce the gradual implementation of a peace plan.“I’ll address the General Staff to start a bilateral ceasefire tomorrow at 3pm in Minsk. We hope that the peace plan implementation will start tomorrow,” Poroshenko said.
