Foreign ministers of Eastern Partnership countries to gather in Baku The fourth informal meeting of foreign ministers of the member countries of the EU "Eastern Partnership" will take place in Baku on September 9, the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan said yesterday. The main purpose of the meeting is to expand partnership in the framework of the "Eastern Partnership" and discuss the progress made since last year's summit in Vilnius, Trend reports. The meeting will be attended by the European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Stefan Fule and Deputy High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Helga Schmidt.
