The press center of the Naval Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that the Ukrainian-American exercises "Sea Breeze-2014" will be held in the northwestern part of the Black Sea from September 8-10.
Exercises will be dedicated to how to conduct international operations to maintain the safety of navigation in crisis zones.
Spain, Canada, Romania and Turkey will participate in the exercises, along with the U.S.
Georgia, Norway, Sweden and France will send observer troops.
