Crimea to get Russian driving license

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a governmental decree to replace foreign driving licenses with Russian ones. They will need to present their Russian passport with registry in Crimea, foreign driving license or documents proving the presence of a license and a medical note, Yuga.ru reports.
