Today the head of Dagestan, Ramazan Abdulatipov, stated that Dagestan and Azerbaijan are implementing several new projects, including construction of factories near Derbent and a sporting center in the town.
Abdulatipov spoke about economic ties between near-border of districts of Dagestan and near-border regions of Azerbaijan and Georgia.
