The Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjørn Jagland plans to participate in the First Global Forum of Youth Policies which will take place in Baku in late October.
The Forum is organized by the Council of Europe, UNESCO, the UN Development Program, the UN Youth Policies Group, and the Azerbaijani government. More than 700 people are expected to participate in it.
The main goal of the project is development of new directions in youth policy, taking new steps in next years, experience exchange between various countries and discussion of other important issues.
The Forum will take place in Baku on October, 28-30.
