The U.S. will grant additional $500 million to people injured in the conflict in Syria since 2011. The total U.S. aid granted during the Syrian conflict has reached $2.9 billion, the U.S. State Department reports.U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is making a tour in the Middle East to form an international coalition to fight the Islamic State that has been especially active in recent months. U.S. President Barack Obama said that ISIS positions in Syria may be bombed.
