The United States is ready to reconsider the sanctions imposed on Russia if Russia observes the agreement reached in Minsk, a representative of the US Treasury Department is quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.
He stressed however that the US may also toughen the sanctions if Russia continues to support the armed rebels.
