Ukraine's Minister of Defense Valerii Heletei claims Russia has threatened Ukraine with tactical nuclear weapons, Ukrainian News Agency reports on Sunday.
"I am drawing attention to Russia threatening Ukraine with the use of tactical nuclear weapons," the minister noted.
In such a situation, Ukraine is relying on NATO member states' weapons delivery, the Ukrainian defense minister stressed. If the assistance is not provided, Ukraine will have to resume developing its own nuclear weapons, he emphasized.
