On September 5-7th 2014 in Paris the annual meeting of members of the movement "Armenian Revival" took place, in which representatives of the movement from the USA, Canada, France, Germany, Belgium, the Czech Republic and Lebanon, and also "Predparlament's" representatives from Armenia took part.At the meeting the present position of Armenia was discussed, and also possible ways of overcoming existing problemsOn the threshold of the 100th anniversary of the Genocide of Armenians, instead of providing notable progress in the direction of overcoming the consequences of the Genocide and finding the inseparable rights of the Armenian people, Armenia appears to be in an emergency situation threatening its existence.This emergency situation is expressed as a systemic crisis existing in almost all the internal and external activity of the nation and the state.In the statement it is noted that the defense power of contemporary Armenia isn't enough to resist every day extremist forces becoming ever more powerful in the region, which is destabilizing quickly.
