Russian Deputy Minister for Emergencies Vladimir Stepanov said at the committee for social support of the south-east of Ukraine at the Federation Council that the third portion of humanitarian aid will be sent by his ministry to the south-eastern part of Ukraine at the end of the week.He addressed the IRCC with a request to be more active in assisting delivery of humanitarian aid to Ukraine, according to agreements made in Minsk.
