Yerzhan Kazykhanov, Kazakhstani ex-Minister for Foreign Affairs (2011-2012), has been appointed as the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, Trend reports.Kazykhanov has replaced Kayrat Abuseitov, who has become the ambassador to Norway. Abuseitov is no longer the ambassador to Ireland and Iceland. Askar Tajiyev is no longer the ambassador to Norway.
