Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has accused the West of creating the Islamic State and warned that "the Frankenstein has risen to pursue its creators," News.am reports.
The minister noted that air raids were no longer enough to stop it. Iranian President Hassan Rouhani had said earlier that Islamic State was a threat to humanity.
