Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, commenting on the execution of US citizens James Foley and Steven Sotloff and British citizen Haines, said that the murder of an innocent man was equal to the murder of all humanity in Islamic culture and laws, ITAR-TASS reports.
He assured that Iran will give Iraq any necessary assistance to fight ISIS. Rouhani emphasized that terrorists will not be let into Baghdad or Shiite sanctuaries in Karbala and Najaf. The president added that US air raids should only be made with the permission of the people and government of Iraq.
