Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has granted 850 million rubles for construction of 17 cultural development centers in 13 regions (Chechnya, Ingushetia, Trans-Baikal, Krasnoyarsk, Stavropol, Belgorod, Kaliningrad, Kirov, Omsk, Orenburg, Ryazan, Tomsk, Yaroslavl). The funds will be granted for 2014, 2015 and 2016. Each center will cost about 100 million rubles. Every region will cover half of the costs.
