Russia's Rosalcogolregulirovaniye and other related structures are working on lifting distant alcohol trade on the order of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. The ban for distant alcohol trade was imposed on September 27, 2007. Wine will be the first alcohol product to be traded online in Russia, Kommersant reports.
Victor Zvagelsky, deputy head of the Duma committee for economic policy, introduced a bill lifting distant alcohol trade.
