Russian ministry of energy to discuss South Stream with EU commissioner

The Russian ministry of energy is going to discuss the South Stream project with EU Commissioner for Energy Günther Oettinger, Russian Minister of Energy Alexander Novak says. 

"We keep dialogue with all the parties. The project is still alive," he said.

The project has recently been suspended by the Bulgarian cabinet on the initiative of the European Commission.
