The 49 Turkish hostages recently freed in a special operation returned home on Saturday, RIA Novosti cites Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu as saying.
The head of the cabinet met the freed Turks, who include a child, at the airport. "Let's go to Ankara and let you meet your families as soon as possible," Davutoğlu told them in a short statement.
