Burkhalter welcomes Minsk memorandum

OSCE Chairman-in-Office and Swiss Federal President Didier Burkhalter welcomes the memorandum signed by representatives of the Ukrainian authorities and the rebels in Minsk, RIA Novosti reports on Saturday.

"The Minsk memorandum is a remarkable step towards a long-term ceasefire and peaceful resolution of the conflict," President Burkhalter said.
