Moscow City Court will consider the house arrest of Vladimir Yevtushenkov, co-owner of Sistema, at 11.30am tomorrow, RIA Novosti reports.
Yevtushenkov, one of Russia's richest people, is suspected of money-laundering during the purchase of Bashneft. According to investigators, Bashneft shares were purchased $500 million cheaper than their real price in 2009. Yevtushenko was put under house arrest last week. His arrest will continue until November 16. Yevtushenkov's lawyers appealed it on September 18.
