Russian Minister for North Caucasus Affairs Lev Kuznetsov ordered Kabardino-Balkarian executives to create the perfect resort on Elbrus within the framework of a project of the Northern Caucasus Resorts. The Elbrus resort will have the best roads, infrastructure and hotels.
According to the minister, new investment projects should mainly be realized by investors, not just the government.
