Alexander Ivanov was re-elected as the speaker of the Karachay-Cherkessian parliament today. His candidature was proposed by Rashid Temrezov, the head of the supreme council of the United Russia Party. All 46 members of the parliament of the 5th calling voted for Ivanov. Ivanov headed the parliament of the 4th calling, Interfax-South reports.
