Russian PM warns country about any possible developments

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev told a council for development of the program for social support that Russians studying abroad should be ready for any developments in the context of sanctions. He noted that the Russian economy was generally fine and stable, the budget had a surplus, though the economic growth rate was below expectations, RIA Novosti reports.

The prime minister emphasized that a competitive economy was the priority.
