The force of the car bomb which exploded last night in Nalchik was equivalent to 10 kilos of TNT, RIA Novosti reports. The attack is assumed to have been aimed at a group of interior ministry police that passed the car earlier. A representative of the local Investigative Committee of the Procurator's office reported that three passers-by were injured in the blast.
