Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev said at the opening of the second meeting with his CIS counterparts in Moscow that the summit of CIS leaders will be held in Minsk on October 10, RIA Novosti reports.
In his words, the meeting today will focus on new threats, problem of ISIS radical militants.
The first meeting of CIS security chiefs took place in December 2013 to discuss security threats in Libya.
