Militia and law enforcers have started demarcation of the buffer zone in the south-eastern part of Ukraine. Russia, Ukraine and the OSCE are assisting in the process, Gazeta.ru reports.The buffer zone was formed according to the memorandum signed in Minsk on September 19. A 30-km security zone will be formed. Heavy weapons will be moved 15km away from the contact line of forces.
