Heydar Aliyev Foundation to open a kindergarten in Astrakhan

A kindergarten constructed by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation is going to be opened in the Southern Russian city of Astrakhan. The opening ceremony is expected to be attended by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, who is going to visit the city in order to take part in the 4th Caspian Forum.
