Speaking at the UN Summit on the Millennium Development Goals, Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad criticized the current world ruling system and proposed making the next decade one of common global rule, RIA Novosti reports. In criticising the world ruling system, Ahmadinejad did not mention any specific country. But Ahmadinejad made no mention of Iran's nuclear programme, which is expected to feature in his speech at the common political discussion on Thursday.
