Iran's FM says next round of talks between Iran and 5+1 to take place in Europe

The next round of talks between Iran and the 5+1 group (the five permanent members of UN's Security Council and Germany) will take place in Europe, Javad Zarif, Iran's Foreign Minister, told Russian reporters after he met his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, RIA Novosti reports Saturday night.

"It will take place somewhere in Europe because New York is too far," Zarif said.

According to Iran's Foreign Minister, the date and time of the meeting will be communicated additionally.

"We are still discussing it… We still have to meet a number of times, as it has happened this week," he stated.
