"They calculated it at the price which they had thought up - $268.5, at the virtual price," the minister said, having declared that the money for it is already being provided to Ukraine by the International Monetary Fund.The director of the center for studying the world energy markets of the Institute of Energy Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Vyacheslav Kulagin, in conversation with a correspondent of Vestnik Kavkaza, drew attention to the fact that in settling the gas conflict with Ukraine the key problem isn't in the readiness of Kiev to pay its debt and to buy gas on an advance payment, but in the treatment of those sums which were recognized earlier by all parties.
