About 35 OSCE permanent representatives will visit Kiev on Sunday, said OSCE spokesman Shiv Sharma. Russian Permanent Representative to the OSCE Andrey Kelin noted that he will not take part in the visit. He explained that the visit was organized by the Canadian representative and will consist of meetings only in Kiev and Odessa, RIA Novosti reports.
The Russian official called the visit "unbalanced."
OSCE representatives make such visits on weekends 2-3 times a year.
