Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has discussed the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process with Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjorn Jagland today, Interfax.az reports.The sides discussed cooperation at the autumn session of the PACE within the framework of Azerbaijan chairing the CE Committee of Ministers. They exchanged opinions about the chairmanship in the Committee, realization of the action plan for 2014-2016, world and regional processes.
