The Russian Defense Ministry will release a book entitled “Armed Forces of the Russian Federation” (“White Book”) in the first quarter of 2015, according to Major-General Stanislav Suvorov, the head of the Military and Science Committee of the Russian Armed Forces, ITAR-TASS reports.
The book will contain the ministry’s official vision of military threats and risks to state sovereignty, territorial integrity, national interests, plans for development of technical, intellectual, organizational, information and other resources, key problems of the ministry and civil society.
