Gagik Tsarukyan, the leader of the opposition Prosperous Armenia Party, has come to an agreement with the leader of the Armenian National Congress, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, to put forward harsh demands to the government on October 10 if over 30,000 people gather for protests, according to Tigran Urikhanyan, a spokesman for Prosperous Armenia, Zhokhovurd reports.
Naira Zograbyan, the secretary of the Prosperous Armenia faction in the parliament, said at a protest meeting in Vanadzor yesterday that the government must change.
