Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said that changing the borders of Ukraine was out of the question, Gazeta.ru reports.
He emphasized that the border will run where it is fixed in international agreements. The U.S. is ready to assist Ukraine in protecting its territory along the Russian border.
