Lavrov accuses Nuland of obstructing Ukraine's crisis resolution

The actions of the US Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland make it difficult to resolve the crisis in Ukraine, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said, commenting on her words about the need to close the Russian-Ukrainian border. "I do not want to comment on what Victoria Nuland has said.
