Azerbaijan to participate in plenary session of Venice Commission The next 100th plenary session of the Venice Commission (the European Commission for Democracy through Law) will be held in Rome from October 10-11. Azerbaijan will be represented at the meeting by Deputy Foreign Minister Mahmud Mamedguliyev. He will give a speech in front of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, Trend reports. Mammadguliyev is also scheduled to have several meetings with the Italian Foreign Ministry representatives.
