Members of the Kabardino-Balkarian parliament voted for Mukharbi Ulbashev on October 11 as a senator of Kabardino-Balkaria at the Federation Council of Russia. He was introduced by the United Russia fraction, Yuga.ru reports.
Ulbashev was a member of the Russian State Duma in 1995-1999. He represented Kabardino-Balkaria at the Federation Council in 2001-2004. He was a member of parliament of the current calling.
