Russian vice prime minister hopes sanctions end soon

Russian Vice Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich expressed hope that sanctions would soon end and relations with partners would be restored. He noted that Russia was focused on strategic ties with BRICS members, developing dialogue with other partners, RIA Novosti reports.
