Azerbaijan is ready to begin work on the Big peace agreement with Armenia, the Foreign Minister of the Azerbaijan Republic Elmar Mamedjyarov declared today, speaking about the forthcoming meeting of presidents of two countries Ilham Aliyev and Serge Sargsyan in Paris on October 27. As Mamedjyarov emphasized, interest of Baku is that each round of negotiations on the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement passed productively. The minister noted that there is already a number of offers about the organization of the bilateral working groups which will deal with issues of withdrawal of troops from a zone of the conflict, return of refugees to native lands and restoration of the destroyed infrastructure. Also the head of foreign policy department urged cochairmen of the Minsk OSCE group to make all the efforts for return of the captured citizens of Azerbaijan detained in the area occupied by Kelbadzharska. The vice-chairman of Association of the Russian diplomats, the ambassador Andrey Baklanov, in turn, noticed that though three basic principles which will inevitably form the basis of the similar agreement are clear, the way to registration and coordination of all documents is not close.
