Turkish Minister for EU Affairs Volkan Bozkir told European MPs that Turkey will not join EU sanctions against Russia and wanted it to cooperate in resolving problems in Syria and Iraq. The minister said that the sanctions had no positive results in Libya, Syria, Iraq and Iran, RIA Novosti reports.He reminded that Russia should be taken into account when resolving the problem of Syria and ISIS. Bozkir added that shipments of weapons to Syria should be stopped.
