Russian court orders far-right politician put under house arrest

Moscow's Tverskoy Court today ordered the leader of the Russkiye (Russians) nationalist movement, Alexander Belov, to be put under house arrest. The politician is accused of embezzlement.

 

The arrest was ordered in the framework of the investigation into the BTA Bank case.
